NACBH welcomed the talented leadership team of Center Road Solutions to provide a timely primer on how you can effectively advocate with Congress while in-person access to Capitol Hill remains limited.  Managing Principal Katrina Velasquez, Esq., M.A. joined us to help shape post-conference contacts with both Washington and district staff going forward.  A snapshot of what the firm achieved in the second year of the pandemic alone is testament to their access and tenacity. Key Congressional staff joined during the Advocacy Afternoon and for the Leadership Reception.

Additionally, the program included Family First implementation and upstream opportunities for children’s behavioral health and child welfare providers – prevention, early intervention, crisis and community-based services – funded by COVID relief and FY 2022 appropriations.
