NACBH’s Legislative Action

From a child-focused and family-centered perspective, NACBH acts as the collective voice to inform policy at the federal level. We engage the services of Center Road Solutions, a legislative affairs firm, whose team works daily with key regulators, legislators, and their staffs to drive change through federal advocacy and influence crucial legislation.

Our Contributions

As a respected industry leader, NACBH participates in early and ongoing policy discussions, whether responding to specific legislative proposals or educating representatives and staff about broader system issues. We are actively involved in regulatory surveillance and advocacy, tracking developments at a number of federal agencies to make sure that laws are implemented sensibly and with the greatest value for the intended beneficiaries.
