This session is designed to kick the Workforce Crisis in its tail, and will serve everyone who:

  • Recognizes the need for outcome-based approaches leading to measurable retention success.
  • Requires the skillset necessary to re-energize overworked, overwhelmed, and undervalued colleagues.
  • Struggles to overcome today’s workforce challenges with the necessary courage and enthusiasm.

The tools and resources provided originate from the experiences and strategies collected from 20 years of national travel, training and consultation in Aging Services. About the Presenter

20 years of passion, dedication, and creativity has led to over 150 national engagements with Health and Family Services Associations as a Conference Keynote and Workforce Excellence Trainer. Cultural Competency, Elevated Team Engagement and Retention, and Emotional Intelligence count among his areas of expertise. His deepest passion lies in supporting organizations aspiring to create workplace cultures defined by courage, openness, and a palpable sense of belonging. Christopher asks us to imagine the potential for amazing client outcomes when every team member, at every level, and walk-of-life, feels cherished and fired up to serve! So, what can you expect?
