NACBH 2022 Public Policy ConferenceHilton Washington DC Capitol Hill NACBH’s annual Public Policy Conference gathers leaders in children’s behavioral health for a focused dialogue with key Congressional and federal representatives and colleague organizations. Held July 19-21 in Washington, D.C., the NACBH 2022 Public Policy Conference will provide a preview of anticipated new and amended programs, reauthorizations and FY 2023 appropriations.
About the Program NACBH is delighted to welcome the talented leadership team of Center Road Solutions to provide a timely primer on how you can effectively advocate with Congress while in-person access to Capitol Hill remains limited. Managing Principal Katrina Velasquez, Esq., M.A., and Vice President Allison Ivie, M.P.P., M.A., will join us to help shape your post-conference contacts with both Washington and district staff going forward. A snapshot of what they achieved in the second year of the pandemic alone is testament to their access and tenacity. Also on the program will be Family First implementation and upstream opportunities for children’s behavioral health and child welfare providers – prevention, early intervention, crisis and community-based services – funded by COVID relief and FY 2022 appropriations. NACBH is known for creating an open forum to have forthright discussions with key leaders and policymakers. Please join us to contribute your expertise and perspective to the conversation!
