NACBH Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Member Meeting

Joined by guest speaker, Victoria Blakemore, VP of Talent Culture and Diversity Equity and Inclusion with National Lutheran Communities located in Maryland. 

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is a rewarding and complicated matter.  However, there are initiatives an organization can do to build an inclusive and engaging culture where everyone feels they belong. Like many of our group members, Victoria’s nonprofit is new to DEI work and she will discuss how they started their DEI strategy and council.
